Most orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.
Due to very high demand (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) and order volume, orders can take up to 10 - 20 days to be delivered. However, most orders are delivered within 7 - 10 days.
We have different fulfilment centres in the United States, Eastern Asia, and Western Europe to serve our international customers. Your order will ship from the fulfilment centre that is nearest to your shipping address.
However, in the event if your item is out of stock in our nearest fulfilment centre, it will shipped directly from our manufacturing warehouse in Asia.
Our refund policy lasts 30 days, and only covers defective items or items damaged in transit. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at email@example.com with pictures of the damaged items, then return the damaged item to us. Upon the receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Your refund will be processed after we have approved, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 - 7 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your bank or your service provider directly.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Life Proof Lab is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Life Proof Lab will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
